How Can We Assist?
I am a complete mindfulness practice beginner. Are the products suitable for me?
Absolutely! All of our products are suitable for complete beginners on their mindfulness journey as well as experienced mindfulness practitioners. Each product comes with a mindfulness practice instructions card so you can practice mindfulness while enjoying the products. However, if you do have any questions, we are always here to help.

What happens when I place an order?
Once your order is placed, we get to work to prepare your order and get it securely sent to you within the specified time scales. All our gift sets are made to order. Each box is lovingly put together in our family home to support the customer with everyday life challenges or to simply enhance wellbeing. We mainly use Royal Mail to deliver your items but this may vary depending on the size of your order.
Please contact us about our customised box service. You can mix and match items from any set to create your very own personalised gift set! A perfect self care box for yourself or for a loved one.
Do you post overseas?
Yes we do post to Europe and the rest of the world. However, due to the UK recently leaving the EU, postal prices overseas vary massively. Please contact us for up to date shipping fees. You simply need to let us know the item and your address and we will send you a quote.
Do you support any charities with your business?
5% of all products goes to supporting trauma recovery for survivors of domestic abuse.
We are proud to donate a percentage of our products to Mindfulness Support Service C.I.C. They are a not for profit organisation that supports mental health, emotional wellbeing and trauma recovery in adult and child survivors of domestic abuse. They also support parents and other individuals who may be struggling with their mental health by providing free mindfulness courses.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by credit/debit card or paypal. We also accept bank transfers. Please email us if you would prefer to pay this way.

Can you create customised orders and do you accommodate large orders?
We provide a customised service for small, medium, and large businesses, organisations, and events. You can order any of our products in large quantities for special events or to support the emotional wellbeing of your staff team or organisation.
We can mix and match products to suit your requirement's and can include personalised messages in each box. We can send out in bulk to your organisation or event or we can post to the individual addresses of each employee/delegate. Please click on the customised order tab for more information
Do you sell wholesale?
We are excited to announce that we are currently be developing the wholesale side of our business. We will update you when we are ready to go.
We do not currently authorise the resale of our products without our prior written consent. Please contact us for more information.
What experience do you have to provide mindfulness and wellbeing products?
We are a family business of health professionals and mindfulness teachers. Christopher Titmuss is a leading Mindfulness Teacher and Author with 50 years experience into the field.
His daughter, Nshorna Davis started her career in the late 90's as a midwife for the NHS and has spent the last 20 plus years supporting the wellbeing of families and children. She is highly trained in emotional wellbeing support and is the Founder and Director of a not for profit organisation that supports mental health and emotional wellbeing.
The duo are supported by Ulla Koenig who is a highly skilled and experienced mindfulness teacher who has spent many years supporting the most vulnerable individuals in society from refugees to survivors of domestic abuse.
