About Us

We are a family run business of health professionals and mindfulness teachers.

Let me introduce myself! My name is Nshorna Davis and I am the owner of The Little Shop of Mindfulness.

I started my career in the late 90's as a Midwife for the NHS and have spent the last 20 plus years supporting the wellbeing and health of families and children in various roles. I am highly trained in emotional wellbeing support and I am the Founder and Director of a separate not for profit organisation that supports mental health and emotional wellbeing through mindfulness practice.

I have been surrounded by mindfulness and meditation teachings since the day I was born. My father, Christopher Titmuss, a former Buddhist Monk, is a leading International Mindfulness Teacher and Author with 50 years experience in the field. Christopher writes the practices and booklets for the Little Shop of Mindfulness.

We are grateful to be supported by Ulla Koenig who is a highly skilled and experienced Mindfulness Teacher who has spent many years supporting the most vulnerable individuals in society to transition from trauma to positive emotional wellbeing.

The Little Shop of Mindfulness was set up with the mission to provide affordable, ethical products that support emotional wellbeing and mental health through mindfulness practice.

The world is a challenging place to be right now. People are struggling with their mental health. Extensive research shows that mindfulness can bring a vast array of physical and emotional benefits to a person.

The items we sell support you to undertake mindfulness practice not only at home but when you are out and about to support with challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood and sleep issues.

Each gift set has step by step instructions that are simple to follow. We are also here to answer any queries you may have on how to use your items.

The Little Shop of Mindfulness has a strong set of ethics that are incorporated into our business. We support other small businesses as much as possible, we try to be as environmentally
friendly as we can, and have made our products as affordable as possible so we can support
those who benefit from our shop, regardless of income.

All our items are made to order. Each box is lovingly put together in our family home to support the customer with every day life challenges or to simply enhance their wellbeing

We cater for individuals, small, medium, and large businesses and organisations and can tailor
products to your specific requirements. Please contact us for more information.

As a new, small, independent business we are constantly designing new products and will be adding to our product range over the coming weeks and months.

The Little Shop of Mindfulness donates 5% of all profits to Mindfulness Support Service C.I.C.
Mindfulness Support Service is a not-for-profit community interest company that supports trauma
recovery through mindfulness practice for survivors of domestic abuse.
